For best results, apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 80 minutes, or immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Using too little sunscreen significantly reduces the level of protection.

Sun protection measures, including seeking shade, wearing protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses, should be used in addition to sunscreen—especially during peak sunlight hours.
